EEX Group is driven by change and our unit Project Portfolio Management is in the very core with the goal to ensure an alignment of all projects with the organizations strategic objectives creating maximum impact. As support for our team, we are looking for a Working Student in Leipzig with great communication and planning skills.
You will work closely together with an experienced Project Portfolio Manager and different stakeholders across the group, e.g. by supporting specific processes with doing consistency checks, designing training documents, ensuring proper documentation/process monitoring and guiding colleagues through the process; by maintaining our Change Portfolio Roadmap in close collaboration with different stakeholders and by creating senior management level reports. With your work you contribute to the agile foundation of our organisation. Of course, you will receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.
