Customer Support Working Student (d/f/m)

We are currently looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Customer Support team!

  • An average of 20h per work week, with the possibility of increasing during semester breaks -

Working field:

  • Answering customer inquiries via chat/email, providing solutions, and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams (customer success, product & tech) to investigate solutions for our customers.
  • Working on back-office tasks.
  • Helping with the maintenance of help center articles and translations.

Requirements:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university for at least 6-8 more months.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian or German.
  • You communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
  • You solve problems efficiently and pay attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate empathy and patience.
  • You work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Extra awesome if you have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools and CRM systems.
  • Language skills in other major European languages (e.g. German & French).
