Working field:
* Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, receipts processing, and financial record-keeping
* Support the preparation of financial reports and documents for internal use and audits
* Help with the management of financial data in our accounting environment
* Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial policies and guidelines
* Support general finance administration and ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* Familiarity with common office software, Excel, G-suite e.t.c.
* Interest in non-profit work and social impact
* Availability for a minimum of 3 months (part-time preferred)
* Mandatory internship as part of a course of study or training, enrolled at German university
