Student assistant (40 hours per month)

Your responsibility:

In this project we develop and impement a protocol for communication in the finance sector that is secure against attack with quantum computers. These procedures are then benchmarked for different parameters. In this context, we are looking for a motivated student assistant to support our research. The associated tasks include:

  • Support in developing the communication protocol (25%)
  • Support in the implementation of the developed protocol (50%)
  • Support in benchmarking the implementation for various parameters (25%)

Your profile:

Mandatory criteria:

  • Basic knowledge of Post-Quantum-Cryptography
  • Good programming skills in Python and C
  • Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills

Optional criteria:

  • Experience with version control (git)
  • Team skills
