The Engineering Acoustics group conducts teaching and research in various areas of
engineering acoustics, covering the entire chain from sound generation and sound
propagation to sound perception. A particular focus is placed on noise emitted by traffic and machinery systems and its effects on humans and the environment. We offer an inclusive and
appreciative working atmosphere within a committed and diverse team, numerous
opportunities for further training, room for individual ideas, and mentoring by experienced researchers. Flexible working time models are available, as is the option of partially working from home.
