The working student will support the FP&A team in ensuring effective financial planning and analysis and reporting.

Based in Berlin, the role is designed to assist with key operational tasks to support the budget, forecast, financial analysis and reporting processes, while gaining hands-on experience in FP&A and reporting.

The position aims to provide valuable support to the team’s mission of ensuring clear, useful and actionable financial information.

Tasks:

• Roll out and maintain budget files for each cost centre in Excel
• Maintain SharePoint access controls for budget holders’ files
• Data consolidation using Power Query and data quality controls
• Create data summaries and reports
• Support data analysis for cash forecasts
• Provide general administrative support to the FP&A team as needed. 
•  Full training and support will be given
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement

• Enrolled in a university programme, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• The position is based in Berlin
• Good analytical and numerical skills. 
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. 
• Ideally some knowledge or experience of data analytics or manipulation
• Organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic team environment, adapting to changing priorities and cultural diversity.
