Sales Management: Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management. Engage potential and existing clients in phone conversations, guiding them through the sales process and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Business Development: Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the assigned market. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Market & Strategy: Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions. You’ll run competitive analyses, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to our buying and selling strategies with real-time insights.
You're a hands-on and execution-driven individual contributor with a proven track record of shaping outcomes in fast-paced environments. As a vital member of a small team, you're ready to make a significant impact on our customer success architecture and contribute directly to our disruptive mission in the DACH market.
You are enrolled in a university or have recently graduated and you are looking to gain work experience in a fast paced venture backed environment (minimum 6 months).
